A building that costs less to run.
Lighting, climate, energy and access on one system — integrated with what you already have, and installed without closing the doors.
What operators ask for
Where it usually starts
- Efficiency
To stop conditioning floors nobody’s on.
- Control
One screen for the whole site, not one per system.
- Monitoring
To know a plant room failed before a guest does.
- Security
Access that changes the moment someone leaves.
- Comfort
Rooms that are right before the guest walks in.
- Control
To change a schedule without having to call anyone.
What we install
In a building, usually
Climate & Comfort
Rooms at the temperature you asked for, without heating the empty ones.
Energy & Monitoring
What you’re using, where it goes, and a bill you can explain.
Security & Access
Doors, cameras and alarms that behave like part of the building.
Panels & Integration
Control panels built to be opened, and systems that talk to each other.
How it fits together
It works with what you have
We don’t rip out plant that works. Existing HVAC, meters and access hardware come onto one controller, so you get a single view without replacing what’s still doing its job.

We’re still gathering the photography and the client permissions, so some of what follows is placeholder text in the real structure.
Questions people ask
Straight answers
Will it work with the systems we already have?
Usually yes. We work in open protocols — BACnet, Modbus, KNX — and we survey before we quote. If something in your building is proprietary and won’t talk to anything, you’ll hear that before you get a price, not after.
Can you do this without closing?
Yes. We work in phases — floor by floor, wing by wing — and out of hours where the space can’t be handed over. Hotels are the common case and we plan around occupancy, not against it.
What does it actually save?
It depends almost entirely on how badly the building runs today. The biggest wins are nearly always scheduling and zones running empty, not clever technology. Anyone quoting you a percentage before they’ve seen your building is guessing. [PLACEHOLDER — real figures from completed sites.]
Who runs it once you leave?
Your own maintenance staff. Half a day of training covers it. We don’t build systems only we can operate — that’s a business model, not an engineering decision.
What happens when the building changes?
New tenant, new floor, change of use. Panels are specified with spare capacity from the start, so re-zoning is a settings change rather than a rebuild.
What if the person who knows it leaves?
That’s exactly why the documentation pack exists. The knowledge stays with the building, not with one member of staff — or with us.
