Why we started
The systems were clever. The experience was not.
Epsilon started from a frustration that anyone who has bought automation will recognise: the technology usually works, and the experience usually doesn’t. Systems installed by people who never came back. Apps nobody could operate. Panels that only their builder could read.
We think that’s a service problem dressed as an engineering one. So we do the engineering properly, and then we stay — because a system you can’t change in year five isn’t really a system.
