A home that keeps up with you.
Lighting, climate, shading and security working as one thing — set up around how you actually live, not around a product catalogue.

What we install
In a home, usually
Lighting & Shading
Light that follows the hour, and blinds that move before the heat does.
Climate & Comfort
Rooms at the temperature you asked for, without heating the empty ones.
Security & Access
Doors, cameras and alarms that behave like part of the building.
How it fits together
One system, not five apps
Everything reports to one controller in the panel. Your phone, the wall keypads and the schedules all talk to that one place — so when something changes, it changes everywhere.

Questions people ask
Straight answers
Do you have to rewire the whole house?
Usually not. New builds get wired properly from the start. For an existing home we use a mix of wired and wireless — most of the work happens in the panel and at the switch points, rather than behind every wall. If your place is a difficult one, we’ll tell you at the first visit.
What does it cost?
A single room done well starts lower than most people expect. A whole house sits in a range wide enough that quoting it here would be dishonest. What we can promise is a written price before anything is ordered, and no line items you didn’t ask about. [PLACEHOLDER — insert real ranges.]
How long will you be in my house?
For a retrofit apartment, a few days. For a new build we come in stages alongside the electrician, and we’re rarely the ones holding things up. You get the dates in writing, and a call if they move.
What if I sell the house?
It stays, and it adds value — provided the next owner can use it. We leave a documentation pack, and we’ll walk the new owner through it. That visit is free.
What happens if Epsilon isn’t around?
A fair question, and one people are often too polite to ask. We build on open, widely supported standards rather than a closed system only we can touch, so any competent integrator can pick it up. Your documentation pack has everything they would need.
Something breaks on a Sunday. Then what?
You call the same number. Most faults we can see and fix remotely. If we need to come out, you get a response commitment in writing — not a promise on a website. [PLACEHOLDER — insert real response times.]
Come and see it working.
We’ll show you a finished installation before you commit to anything.
